My background includes leadership roles within growth-focused national care businesses, supporting providers through expansion, repositioning, operational pressure and sensitive reputational challenges.
Over the last decade, I have advised providers on home care business growth across privately owned, regional and multi-site organisations. This has included operational improvement, recruitment strategy, private pay growth, brand positioning and strengthening internal systems to support scale.
My approach combines strategic direction with practical delivery. Alongside wider domiciliary care consultancy work, I support leadership teams across communications, growth planning, operational structure and home care business strategy.
I also advise on care sector communications, helping organisations manage stakeholder messaging, regulatory pressure and reputational matters requiring careful judgement and controlled communication.
Much of this work is delivered confidentially during pivotal moments for the business, providing strategic support for home care providers navigating change, growth or operational pressure.
